Job Duties

1. Performs piston pump design.

柱塞泵的设计。

2. Responsible for the product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation.

负责产品性能分析，技术可行性研究及评估。

3. Compile the related technical documentation and specification for products.

编辑相关技术文件和产品的说明书。

4. Optimize the existing products in order to improve quality, performance, application, cost etc.

优化现有产品使得其质量、性能、应用和成本得到改进等等。

5. Take part in analysis, determination, correction and prevention of quality problems of new and existing products.

参与分析，检测，纠正和预防新产品和现有产品的质量问题

6. Support the localization project for local material and production.

支持当地的材料和生产及国产化项目。

7. Resolves most design question and problems and serves as a resource to others in the resolution of design problems and issues.

解决大部分产品设计问题，给他人提供资源并在设计方面存在的问题提出解决方案。

8. Supports piston pump manufacturing in assembly and test process.

支持柱塞泵制造的装配与测试流程。

9. Provides technical support to sales and customers on application and performance of piston pumps.

在柱塞泵的应用及性能方面给客户提供技术性支持

10. Budget of design, manufacture and assemble and so on, in order to control the cost.

为产品的设计，制造，装配等做预算，以达到控制成本的要求。

11. Control and deal with the quality problems.

控制和处理相关的质量问题。

Job Requirement

1. At least bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and 5 year’s working experience and excellent analytical skills in related fields.

至少本科学历以上及5年以上在制造工程师工作经验，在相关产品领域有优秀的分析能力。

2. Proficiently using AutoCAD, Pro/E, design hydraulic product, be prior having work experience in piston pump design.

熟练地使用AutoCAD,Pro/E软件,设计液压产品，有柱塞泵领域相关工作经验尤佳。

3. Must have ability to communicate effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well employees in other units, customers and suppliers.

对于团队里的其他成员及其它团队的同事，客户，供应商能够保持较强的沟通能力。
