Job Description:
1. Maintain & improve safety, clean, well-organized workshop to ensure Zero accident
2. Lead the information flow process within KONI plant, from receive order, organize material, balance inventory, production plan, to deliver to customer.
3. Drive operation excellence by Lean concept & tools in workshop
4. Continuously improve the communication & cooperation within all functions in business, build team work atmosphere by demonstrate and leadership
5. Drive standardize the process & fast response habit to get high efficiency
6. Improve discipline & execution to reach benchmark productivity in workshop
7. Cultivate talents by coaching & feedback
8. Caste proper leadership shadow to expand the ITT culture within organization
Experiences candidates MUST bring
1. Employee Relations Expertise (experiences in handling complicated, confidential cases, esp. in framework of global guidelines and local laws)
2. Systematic Problem Solving Skills (experiences in solve problems with considering different angles and approaches)
3. Operation knowhow (seasoned experience about MRP, planning, supplier chain, production management)
4. Lean practise knowledge (5S, visualization, VSM, Takt & line balance, standardization in production line, PFEP, Kanban)
Preferred: Performance Management, Staffing Expertise; Project Management experience; KPI knowledge; mechanical assemble & welding production experience;
