职位描述：

Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for Factory Automation project, for continues improvement of Productivity and Quality;

2. Responsible for meeting Win Strategy objectives by improving Safety, Quality, Productivity and consistency of final products;

3. Perform operation capacity calculations and prepare standard operations documents;

4. Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage;

5. Work with project team or facility team and make machine layout;

6. Investigate most complex manufacturing difficulties and determine corrective procedures;

7. Design and improve production processes to meet product specifications requirement or other engineering criteria.

8. Follow ISO9000/TS16949 Quality System and ISO14000 Environment System requirement;

9. Other task Assigned by Dept. manager.

Qualifications:

1. Rich experience in MNC Advance Manufacturing for Factory Automation project;

2. Engineering for Mechanical or Automation bachelor degree or relative education degree;

3. 4-6 yrs related working experience in related work is a preference;

4. Rich experience in AUTOCAD software;

5. Skilled English in both Oral and Written.
