Job Description：
Provide general assistance to the project manager in the process of setting up small manufacturing plants in CI3 incubator including acquiring approvals related to Environment, Fire Fighting, Quality certification, Health &Safety etc.
1. Collect and compile basic information related to new project set-up to support the project manager producing the master plan,
2. Monitor and report the work progress of tasks in the time schedule to the project manager on daily basis
3. Prepare the weekly progress report to CI3 project team and the client
4. Coordinate with Finance, HR, Purchasing, Quality to proceed required job tasks from the clients
5. Arrange the schedule and plan for the visit of clients
Job requirement：
1. College degree or above,
2. Study or work experience in a multi-cultural environment is preferred
3. Relevant experience in industrial project management is preferred
4. Information technology skills, critical thinking, problem-solving and conflict management skills
5. High sense of responsibility and team work spirit
