职位描述：

Job Description:

1.Execute administrative work with SOP as a base;

2.Be active in problem resolution and other improvement activities, such as suggest improvements of SOP;

3.Always consider waste elimination;

4.Engaged in applying the priorities (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and immediately call for TL/TM/UM in case of problems/risks

5.Enter and maintain sales orders in the ERP system and keep close communication with sales company regarding 6.Take active part in quotations when needed.

7.Take part in customer audits, factory tour and final inspections on site;

8.Claims handling if assigned as a claim investigation person;

9.Work actively with the ALPS tools;

10.Secure implementation of DN's, NPD and ECR's in related job area;

11.Secure correct costing on sales orders and invoice on time;

12.Prepare order and shipping related documents.

The ideal candidate should have technical education with specialty of mechanical engineering background, at least two years related experience in foreign enterprises, fair knowledge on stock control and statistics, good commends of both oral and written English and PC literature in MS office, fair ability to operate ERP system.
