1、注塑机及相关辅助设备的日常保养和紧急维修，发现并处理注塑机的液压元器件，电路系统以及机械故障；
1, injection molding machine and related auxiliary equipment daily maintenance and emergency repair, find and deal with the injection molding machine hydraulic components, circuit system and mechanical failure;
2、制定注塑机及辅机的预防性维护计划并实施；
2, make the molding machine and auxiliary preventive maintenance plan and implementation;
3、负责日常点巡检、定期保养、维修日志及相关记录的填写；

4、维修备件的管理。

岗位要求：
Job requirements:
1、中专以上学历，机电一体化和设备维修等相关专业；
1, technical secondary school or above, mechanical and electrical integration and equipment maintenance and other related professional;
2、5年以上注塑机维修工作经验，要求维修技术成熟，熟练操作海天、百科及东华机器，能实施日常保养和紧急维护；
5, more than 2 years experience in injection molding machine maintenance, requires maintenance technology mature, skilled operation ,Haitian , encyclopedia and Donghua machine, can implement the daily maintenance and emergency maintenance;
3、熟悉注塑成型系统和相关辅助设备的工作原理并进行日常有效维护，包括机械手、冷水机、电子传感器和传送带、模温机、粉碎机、干燥机、热流道温度控制器等；
3, familiar with the working principle of the injection molding system and related auxiliary equipment and effective daily maintenance, including manipulator, cold water machine, electronic sensors and conveyor belt, mold temperature machine, grinder, dryer and hot runner temperature controller;
4、精通注塑机工作原理，熟练阅读和理解液压和沟通能力；
4, familiar with the working principle of injection molding machine, skilled in reading and understanding of hydraulic and communication skills;
5、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力；
5, serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, have a good team spirit and communication skills;
6、基本的英文读写能力，能看懂英文版的机器指导说明书。
