职位描述：
Title: R&D Service Team Leader/Manager
Department: R&D Service (Testing & Analytical)
Reports to: VP R&D
Subordinate: R&D Assistant, R&D Service Chemist, Analytical Chemist,
R&D Test Chemist
Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages the R&D service team.
- Organize to analyze all samples received from Sales, PM and AEM
- Approves and issues testing reports timely
- Supports R&D in complaint investigations
- Support R&D projects in both analytical and testing work
2. Responsible for R&D and or QC lab equipment quality management
2.1 Ensures proper function and accuracy of all test devices and test equipment
- Regular checks
- Internal and external calibration and maintenance
- Repair
- Validation
2.2 Evaluate, select, install and accept and introduce instrument and equipment to meet new testing requirements
Provides training to subordinates and other employees on test methods and quality standards
3. Responsible for complying with Fuchs China quality and EHS management systems
4. Updates and issues QA procedures related to R&D service team
5. Depending on workload and experience may perform the same function as R&D Service Chemist
6. Communicates with all FUCHS CHINA labs, PM/AEM and sales
7. Responsible for assigned Lab area EHS
8. Responsible for assigned lab area 6S

Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Chemistry or Chemical Analysis.
2. More than 3 years working experience in lubricant area.
3. Fluent English (oral & written)
4. In depth understanding of lubricants, grease and related products.
5. Experience in international methods and standards (ASTM, DIN and GB)
7. Master relevant standards of wastewater monitoring
8. In depth understanding of TS16949, ISO 9001 Quality Standard and ISO14001environment standard, OHSAS 18001 health and safety standard.
9. Strong organizational and management skills and think strategically.
10. Strong capabilities of cross-department thinking and communication
