Remark: This position will sign the labor contract with third party and the contract will last 6 months.?
Job Summary?
Responsible for HR activities which includes recruitment/staffing and employees’ data management, new hire orientation arrangement. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on related procedural problems and inquires. Undertake any other temporary assignments by manager.
Direct Responsibilities:
1 Handle attendance status in Kronos system weekly to meet payroll request;
2 Collect PR from hiring managers, verify against master plan and get required approval;
3 Manage the whole recruiting process, from channel selection, resume screening, interview, candidate physical check, reference check if necessary, till offer management (this step to be handled by Sr. C&B officer), keep solid record and meet company defined lead time. Support direct labor hiring if needed;
4 Handling employees’ on-boarding procedure, including personal data registration input, employment contract signing, and for resignation procedure;
5 Manage and maintain employees’ data change, including probation review notice and result record, employees position change (transference, promotion or resignation) and any other change (like education, residence, awards and discipline, contract renewal etc. which related to employee’s personal information);
6 Arrange & organize new employee orientation after on board. Tracking & record the training, coordinate any training if needed;
7 Prepare & analysis monthly staffing reports, including turnover report, logging report etc. Involve in various projects related to HR if any;
8 Assist manager to complete additional task if needed.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree or above, with major in Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred;
Qualifications: 1-2 years HR related functions practice qualification;
Skill: 1) Good English reading, writing and speaking, 2)Knowledge of Microsoft office and database maintenance, 3)Professional verbal and written communication skills;
Competence: Well organized;
Attitude: Carefulness, easygoing & patience. Personality with high sense of responsibility, consideration and empathy is preferred.
