职位描述：
Production Area Supervisor 生产区域主管
负责减震器产品中的焊接的工艺方向，要求有IWE或IWS证书
五年以上相关工作经验
熟悉并了解焊接的工艺，具有良好的英文沟通能力
轨道交通行业背景优先

Main Responsibilities:
? Lead the new product transfer project, coordinate crossfucntion to meet project shedule and drive the issue solving while execution.
牵头新品导入项目，协调跨部门合作来满足项目进度并驱动执行过程中的问题
? Build the production line, coaching a production team and reach ITT standard
建立新产品生产线，培养一支符合ITT标准的生产队伍
? Responsibility for the workshop production management and coordination which including but not limited to production workers management, equipment, quality, etc;
车间生产管理和协调职能，包括但不限于生产工人的管理，设备，质量等;
? Assist manager to formulate job objective, procedure, and standard, execute company and group's each policy, law, regulation and the system.
协助经理制定工作目标、程序和标准，执行公司政策，法律，法规和制度。
? Be responsible to supervise production personnel’s working conditions, make sure that the equipment is at the good state, guaranteed that the production carries on smoothly.
负责监督生产人员的工作环境，确保设备处于良好状态，保证生产顺利进行。
? To ensure the execution of production plans in full compliance with the forecast constraints (quality, quantities, mix and delivery times) and costs (production efficiency, containment of waste), optimizing the available resources.
确保生产计划的执行完全符合预测条件（质量，数量，组合和交货时间）和成本（生产效率，废物容器），优化可用资源。
? To monitor the state of advancement of production, dealing with any anomalies and technical problems.
监察生产进程，处理任何异常情况和技术问题。
? To ensure the proper management of the equipment and materials assigned to him.
确保设备管理和材料分配的合理性。
? To ensure the management and development of his staff.
确保工作人员的管理和发展。
? To guarantee the efficiency ( machinery and equipment) related to own production sector .

? Optimization of the production process – introduction of procedural methods in manufacturing (TPM, 5S)

? Regular reporting
定期报告
? Compliance with the standards of the quality of processes, when anomalies from the standard quality to ensure the necessary steps to the remedy
生产过程中，如果质量发生异常，必须确保有必要的补救措施。
? The timely performance of tasks under the orders of the superior.
根据上级命令及时执行任务。

? Bachelor degree;
本科以上学历
? Over 5 years’ experience with production on site managing experience;
超过5年工作经验，包括有生产现场管理经验;
? Knowledge of the procedural instruments (FMEA, LEAN, 5S….)
熟悉程序工具（FMEA，LEAN，5S....）
? User knowledge of working with MS Office
