职位描述：
1、负责新产品工艺方案的确定，编制新产品工艺过程流程图、平面布置图；
2、完成设备能力分析及设备、工装清单，提出设备、工装、模具等技术要求；
3、负责对产品设计阶段新产品的结构性、工艺性、材料及质量进行评审；
4、负责推进生产线自动化及半自动化，优化改善生产过程，提高生产效率；
5、参与新品生产各阶段存在问题的改善 ，为新产品开发组装和试验过程；
6、负责制定新产品生产过程流程图,作业指导书及其其他技术性文件 ；
7、主导生产过程中的工装夹具及模具的设计和验证；
8、总经理交代的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，机械或模具专业；
2、有良好的技术背景，12年以上机械工艺制造经验，5年以上制造工艺管理经验；
3、具备良好的管理能力及团队领导组织能力；做事积极主动;以结果为导向；
4、具有现代企业管理理念；
5、有责任心，有抗压能力；
