Duties & Responsibilities:
职责：

? Responsible for processing all petty cash claims.
负责公司备用金管理。
? Settle foreign exchange payment and receipt and ensure compliance with SAFE’s requirement.
在遵循外管要求的前提下处理外汇付款及收款。
? Daily cash and bank collection and payment management (including RMB and foreign currency).
日常现金、银行托收、付款管理（包括人民币及外汇）。
? Deal with the matters related to treasury, banks and SAFE application and management.
处理现金、银行、外管应用及管理事务。
? SAFE system report.
外管局网上系统申报。
? Book for journal entries of cash account, bank account and expense account related cash and bank, post to the ledger.
处理和现金及银行相关的分类账目如现金账户、银行账户、费用账户，录入总账。
? Complete relevant treasury report, collection plan and aging report
完成现金报告、安排付款计划、账龄报告。
? Prepare the payment and expenses reimbursement report.
管理日常费用报销。
? Responsible for accounting archives collating and binding.
负责账本装订及存档。
? Issue VAT invoices/export invoices.
开具增值税发票及出口发票。
? Verify input tax at tax bureau for purchasing VAT invoices.
采购增值税专用发票税务认证。
? Coordinate with the accounting section of other accounting work assigned by manager.
其它部门经理交办的会计工作。

Required Education & Experiences:
教育背景及相关经验：

? College degree or equivalent, majoring in Finance accounting or related fields is preferred.
大专（或同等）学历以上，财务/会计相关专业为佳。
? 2-3 years related working experiences.
2-3年会计从业经验。
? Have the knowledge in dealing with SAP system.
有SAP系统操作经验。
