职位描述：
职责：
Responsible for:

? 执行/控制所有产品开发生产过程中质量相关的要素（从概念设计到批量生产）
? 执行并满足量产过程中客户对于产品的相关质量要求；
? Implementing/controlling all elements in the product development process for ensuring quality (from concept design up to release for serial production)
? Implementing/controlling all elements in the mass production for ensuring quality;


任务：
Tasks:

? 产品先期质量策划和质量文件准备；
Prepare APQP and quality relevant document;
? 负责内部生产过程中产线相关质量问题的分析与处理；
Problem solving for the quality issues in internal production;
? 建立和更新质量相关的文件(如制程检验计划，产品审核，SPC)，并确保现场按照文件要求执行；
Create and update all quality related documents (e.g.: Process inspection plan, product audit and SPC, and make sure their implementation at the location;
? 收集产线生产相关数据并进行分析，降低生产报废率和内部质量成本；
Collect the production data and analysis to reduce the internal scrap rate and quality cost;
? 协同生产部门，开展品质圈活动，提升员工质量意识，降低客户投诉和PPM; Support production to deploy quality circle activities to enhance operator’s quality sense and reduce customer PPM;
? 有权对不符合工艺要求和顾客要求的产品提出整改意见和停止生产；
Has the responsibility and authority to propose rectification opinions or stop production to nonconforming products;
? 负责量产产品相关质量问题的客户沟通；
Responsible for the communication with customer for quality topics in mass production;
? 处理客户投诉，并及时回复8D报告；
Customer complaint handling and reply 8D to customer timely;
? 组织协调内部各部门，应对客户审核；
Coordinate with other functions to prepare for the customer audit;

? 建立量产阶段客户要求的首件批准的文件并发行样件
Creating first part approval documents for customers and issue sample part;
? 上级经理安排的其它任务
