职位描述：
工作内容:
1) 为PCB制作流程提供技术支持。
Provide the technical support for manufacturing process.
2) 定期检验W/I, CP及FMEA，找出产品失效原因并完成 8D报告回复客户投诉。
Review WI, CP and FMEA periodically, analyze the failure of product and write 8D report for customer's complaining on product’s quality.
3) 熟悉防焊，文字及树脂塞孔工艺。
Be familiar with solder mask, legend and via filling process.
4) 主导品质改善, 并达到品质目标。
Drive the quality improvement to meet target 5）制程优化，提升能力。
Conduct the process optimization for capability improvement
6) 定期监控及跟进成本节省情况。
Monitor and track cost saving project periodically. 7) 好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧
Strong team working spirit and well communication skill.
任职资格:
◆ 教育背景:
大专或以上学历。College degree or above.
◆ 培训经历
接受过很好的FMEA, CP, SPC, 8D报告及DoE培训。
Well accept the tools training of FMEA, CP, SPC, 8D report and DoE.
◆ 经验:
具有三年或三年以上防焊工作经验。
Equal or above 3 years experience in solder mask process.
◆ 技能技巧:
1. 可以流利读写日常工作英文。
Able to read and write English on routine work.
2. 有好的团队精神及耐性。
Good teamwork spirit and well communication with staffs outside department. 举报 分享
