职位描述：
1.Follow up Sales Order through SAP system
2.Collect and summarize all the sales data and complete reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly
3.Collect and summarize all e-Commerce sales data. Prepare and present these data for management review
4.Keep all sales contracts in place and customers information
5.Handle all the paperwork and data necessary for sales Dept
6.Assist sales manager for other assignments
7.Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations

Requirement:
1.Excellent in Mandarin, good in English listening, writing and reading, CET 4 above level
2.Good Excel and Powerpoint skillset. Able to prepare and present data on Excel and Powerpoint.
3.Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and MS Office suite of software
4.Experience in ERP system especially SAP is a plus
5.Good presentation & communication skills
6.Ability to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
7.Service excellence, team player, and quick learner
8.Nice and optimistic personality
9.Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written)
