Under general supervision implement the organization's compensation program following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.
Administer the company's compensation program in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position.
Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
Collect data about company’s Compensation policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.
Participate in compensation surveys

-University and degree holder
WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE:
-At least 2-4 years professional work experience in HR or Finance with figure sensitive
OTHER TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION/SPECIFIC COMPETENCY:
-Be able to communicate in English
-Familiar with PC Skill
-Strong data analysis skills, very sensitive to data
