主要工作内容：Responsibilities：
1, Electro copper deposition process develop,
2. ECP Demo tool in house function test
3, Co-work with engineering department for machine design.
4. ECP tool customer side support: set up and process test and etc.
5. Other tasks that assigned by department manager

任职要求：Requirements
1, 3 years working experience in related field such as Cu interconnection ECP process /equipment in FAB or in an advanced packaging factory or ECP tool vendors.
2. Familiar with copper plating process and ECP tool working mechanism.
3, Master or bachelor Degree, major in science &technology or mechanical
4. Good at communication and flexibility for overtime work to complete tasks on time.
