职责

Responsibilities

1、 负责新项目的现场执行、新样件的调试和跟踪

Be responsible for new projects for execution、debugging and tracing of new sample.

2、 负责生产员工技能培训、现场作业审核

Be responsible for new operators training 、auditing production on the spot .

3、 审核、编制作业指导书和相关控制文件；审核生产现场操作工作业是否规范。

Audit 、make working instructions and relative control documents;auditing if operators are working according to the working instruction

4、 复杂产品夹具更换和程序调试，提供合格产品调试报告，满足生产车间要求。

Replace the fixture of complicated product and adjust program, and provide commissioning report of qualified products to meet the requirements of the workshop.

5、 编写NC产品返工作业指导文件，并现场指导操作。

Draft reworking instructions of NC products and instruct operators on the spot.

6、 参与生产项目改进与实施，提交产品改进报告。

Participate in production project’s improvement and implementation, and provide products improvement reports.

7、 处理数控机床常见故障问题。

Deal with small troubles of CNC machines.

8、 负责工作区域内5S和EHS工作。

Conduct 5S and EHS in the working area.

任职资格Post qualification

1. 学历 Education Background

★中专或技校学历 Technical secondary school

◆大专学历 College degree

2. 专业 Major

★机械类 Mechanical

◆数控 CNC

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

★持有数控操作工中级证书，熟练操作数控铣床和其它普通机加工设备。

Hold medium-level qualification of CNC operation. Be proficient in operating CNC milling machine and other simple mechanical machines.

★熟悉产品工艺流程。

Be familiar with process procedures of products

★熟练操作电脑。

Be proficient in using computer (Word, Excel).

◆熟练使用Master CAM、AutoCAD初级。

Be proficient in using Master CAM and AutoCAD elementary level.

4. 经验 Experience

★ 3年以上数控铣床操作经验。

Over 3 years experience of CNC operating

5. 个人素质 Personality

★具有强烈的责任心；有创新精神；具有较强的自学能力和沟通能力；有良好的团队合作精神和积极的工作态度。
