职位描述
？ 1、全面主持差旅组产品研发与技术管理工作，规划公司产品的技术发展路线，实现公司的技术创新目标;
？ 2、与产品经理进行有效沟通，分析需求，根据用户需求制定技术研发方向及进行技术任务分解；
？ 3、有能力对组内酒店分销产品进行统一规划安排，包括PC端产品与手机端产品;
？ 4、不断进行技术调研，完善技术水平，提供更具有竞争力的技术方案；
？ 5、负责落实和处理技术服务信息，跟踪及技术项目落地，探讨产品技术方案，对技术人员进行业务指导；
？ 6、监督审核技术人员的完成情况，保证技术方案的合理性，并逐步完善;
？ 7、积极完成上级交付的其他各项临时任务.
1、教育背景要求： ？ 本科及以上学历
2、专业知识要求： ？ 计算机等相关专业；
3、工作经验要求： ？ 5年或以上技术项目经验，两年以上技术项目管理经验。
4、关键能力要求： ？ 有深厚的技术设计经验，包括互联网，移动互联网，手机应用等。具备熟练的技术分析能力，能够给出高效可行的技术方案，有时间观念，能够妥善规划技术周期；
5、其他要求： ？ 逻辑思维强，善于与人沟通，执行力强。
技能要求：(重点)
1.精通Java，具有扎实的Java编程功底和良好的编码习惯，对Java设计模式有相关的理论知识和使用经验。
2.能深入理解Hibernate和Spring技术并能进行独立开发。
3.熟练掌握Oracle数据库技术和数据库连接池技术，能编写复杂sql。
4.有独立应对和解决技术问题的能力。
5.学习能力强，善于沟通，有3年以上的项目开发经验。
6.有酒店或类似电商的接口设计经验者优先。
其他加分技能：
1.熟悉多线程并发、异步调用和线程池技术并有相关经验。
2.熟悉消息总线如IBM MQ, Active MQ等。
3.熟练使用Maven工具构建项目。
4.熟练使用SVN,GIT进行项目版本控制。
5.熟练多种Java应用服务如用tomcat,jboss,weblogic的使用，并能进行Java程序的开发和部署。
6.熟悉XML/JSON的应用开发。
7.熟悉Redis,Memcached等主流缓存技术。
8.熟悉linux的基本命令。
