Job Descriptions:
1. Reception of visitors and incoming company phone calls.
2. Providing assistance in recruiting.
3. Handling and recording petty cash and related expense.
4. Tracking Wuxi office expenses
5. Collecting bank monthly receipts, bank statement and do the checking
6. Foreign exchange settlement
7. Monthly VAT invoice deduction
8. Liaison of bank and tax bureau
9. Travel booking for engineers
10. Daily office equipment maintenance
11. Other miscellaneous office tasks

Job Requirements:
1. University graduate with minimum 1year relevant working experience
2. Solid oral and written English skill and good communication skill is required
3. Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
4. Highly proficient in using MS office tool kit
5. Accounting knowledge will be plus
6. Flexible, service-oriented team player and proactive attitude
