Job Responsibility:

*Work out annual labor cost budget and cost evolution analysis
*Participate in relevant compensation and benefits surveys, responsible for salary structure, job analysis and job evaluation, data submission and analysis.
*Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing market price to develop competitive compensation plan in line with Company business strategy
*Implement and maintain HR Payroll/Attendance/Master data system
*Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies
*Deal with local governmental authorities and maintain good relationship
*Produces monthly regular and ad-hoc reports

Job requirement:

* Bachelor degree with 8 years related working experiece or above

* Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices
* Knowledge of laws, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules
* Good at office skill & statistics, SAP experience is preferred

* Good at English
