职位描述：
1. 与芯片设计人员共同制订芯片量产方案，在测试机上编写调试程序；
2. 跟外包测试厂确定量产的测试规范，并根据需求进行维护更新；
3. 协助部门经理采购测试相关的硬件，如探针卡和测试板插座等；
4. 跟踪、整理每个量产批次的测试数据，并进行统计分析；
5. 针对待测产品的应用特点，提出合适的可靠性试验方案，并负责实施；
6. 针对客户反馈问题，协同QA/QC、应用工程师等做失效分析，并给出量产改善措施；

职位要求：
1. 大学本科，电子工程、微电子或相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验（包括：电子系统板级开发或IC应用、设计和测试）；
2. 熟悉并掌握FPGA、ADC/DAC等数字及混合信号板级电路设计，熟悉FPGA系统开发；
3. 较强的文档编写能力和问题分析能力；
4. 较强的沟通交流能力，良好的团队合作精神和协作能力；

掌握测试机（J750、V50等）相关测试技术，具有IC量产测试经验并熟悉IC失效分析手段者优先考虑；
