Job Description:
1.Effectively manage and provide direction to a team aligning activities with local business plans, corporate goals and marketing campaigns.
2.Actively contribute to the development and execution of organizational succession planning and talent management initiatives
3.Responsible for NPI, product training and promotion
4.To develop a strategic and monthly business plan showing how corporate goals will be achieved
5.To contribute to the development of robust product marketing strategies/campaigns at a regional level
6.To ensure sales, AR and profitability targets and other KPIs are achieved, and to identify ways of increasing profitability
7.Supervise product marketing activities such as market research, competition analysis, product positioning and pricing, product launch and promotion, product supply forecast, product life cycle, clinical trial, trade show, etc

Professional Skills required:
1.Major in Sales, Marketing or related field (having engineering background is preferable)
2.Age : N/A
3.Education: Bachelor Degree or above
4.Competences / Skills/Experience:
◆Min 7 years sales and marketing experience in Industrial products manufacture field including 3+ management experiences
◆Work experience related to Motion Control, Encoder, Automation will be an advantage
◆Good English, FLUENT in speaking, proficient in writing, reading, listening
◆Self motivated individual who is able to work well independently as well as under pressure with accuracy and commitment
◆To liaise effectively with other functions within the business
◆Excellent in negotiation skill, willing to Travel

MUST Majored in Engineer or with Engineer background/At least 7+ years working experience in Sales field/At least there are 2 or 3 subordinates in current position/fluent in oral English.
