1.Job Description

(1) Be responsible for the management of the CQE department
(2) To understand customer Specification, Criteria and Service requirements
(3) To provide Quality Engineering group with a clear definition of what our Customer needs
(4) To provide customer with their weekly / daily reporting requirements
(5) Work with customer on quality issues and drive the internal team for issues closure
(6) To coordinate all new product / lines Qualification, process changes, etc.. and prepare Qualification / SCR packages for submission to customer
(7) To ensure that customer Database, if any, are updated regularly
(8) To ensure product shipped to our customer, are built based on the approved ASL matrices. To inform customer on any deviation and seek their approval prior to shipment
(9) To work with our customer on their quarterly customer QBR package requirement
(10) To work with OQA / OBA group to ensure that all outgoing product meet customer incoming requirements
(11) Good CAPA 8D report skill.

2.Qualificatio

(1) Minimum University Education in Engineering field
(2) Major in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronic or Quality engineering
(3) Proficient in English (Minimum CET - 4)
(4) Six Sigma and SPC trained will be an added advantage.

3.Experience

(1) Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in Quality Engineering field with minimum 2 years of management experience

(2) Exposure in Customer Quality activities will have an added advantage

4.Any Other Special Skills / Attributes

(1) Fluent in Spoken and written English
(2) Familiar with MS Office
(3) Good Analytical skill

(4) Able to Initiate and Drive internal project
(5) Good communication skill
