Responsibilities:
? Monitoring all plant mechanical equipments and ensuring their safe/proper function in view of the targets for reliability and safety
? Analyzing mechanical problems and providing technical input/solutions accordingly
? Deliver preventive and predictive Maintenance plans with detailed job execution plans to reduce the downtime as much as possible
? Lead spare parts management of mechanical equipment, issue PR,ensure QC,audit spare parts inventory periodically.
? Contributes to the interpretation and setting of mechanical maintenance Procedures/standards and to ensure best practices and SHE requirement.
? Ensure that the maintenance operations and activities carried out are in accordance with company policy,relevant statutory provisions and best practices
? Involve MOC project and small investment project mechanical part for early equipment management to ensure future reliability&maintainability.
? Assist maintenance manager to implement MIQA/CMMS etc systems on site.


Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar majors.
? 5 years up working experience in chemical or other relevant industry.
? Fluent English both in verbal and writing.
? Solid experience on maintenance of equipment regarding mechanical.
? Ability to identify, prioritize, and effectively complete critical tasks, both long term plan related and urgent issues.
? Good understanding of maintenance and reliability systems and methods, including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Life Cycle Costing, FMEA, MTBF,etc.
? Good team player,Conflict Management, Influencing and impacting, Developing and Coaching/Planning and Organizing, Safety, Health and Environment Awareness.
