JOB DESCRIPTIONS 职位描述
The aim of the position is: Responsible for press & paint (especially paint line) lines production management at the plant


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主要工作职责

Production management
– Support and improve press and painting shop (kaizen, quality system…)
– Be responsible for the industrialization of new product ( define design with R&D team, Define tools and process, Select tool suppliers and manage them)
– Be responsible for manufacturing process of press and paint lines
– Check and accept equipment from vendors.
– Implement engineering changes and manage the introduction of new parts
– Cooperate with maintenance team
– Cooperate with vendor to improve the toolings, fixtures

Training
- Train the superviosr, team leader, operators on press & paint process and skill to assure defect free process, and product troubleshooting to improve yield

Others
- Any other reasonable duties required by IE manager




JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 胜任资格要求

Education/Certification 教育/资质
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;


Experience 工作经历
- 3-5 years experience in processes of painting and/or stamping;
- manufacturing engineering; experience in running and maintaining a manufacturing cell in a production environment;

Knowledge / Skills / Ability 专业技能
- good PC and basic English language skill, software (Pro/E, Excel and Access);
- good presentation, communication skills
