入职后第一年6-12个月会在青岛工作，后期主要工作地点在江阴

Mission:


- In charge of identifying the market opportunities(economical, technological and geographical) and managing his suppliers list & the cost reduction programs
- Is responsible for the sourcing process according to the plant needs in observation of the deontology rules and in the objectives set In terms of quality, cost and delivery
- In charge of the “order to pay” process; verifies that the spent authorization rules are respected se up the necessary orders and contracts and tracks the conditions of application. Insures that the suppliers are paid in the term negotiated
- Manages if necessary any crisis with the suppliers


Activities:
- Play competition between suppliers and manages his supply base
- Responsible for his market analysis(benchmark, professional fairs, market trends, innovation, ..)
- Manages the suppliers relationships according to PO purchasing policy
- Follows and reports the suppliers performance
- Leads the suppliers sourcing process in the respect of the procedures
- Leads negotiation with the suppliers and internal customers
- In charge of contractualization with suppliers
- Promotes the technical savings proposed by the suppliers
- Takes part or leads internal working groups for technical savings identification or problem solving
- Lead each time necessary the problem solving process
- Responsible for the risk management of his commodity(financial health of suppliers, M&A, dependence ratio, …)
- Commits & manages his portfolio in line with budget
- Committed to the respect of legal & environmental rules applicable on its markets

Qualification:
- Technical or business background with specialty in purchasing management
- At least 2 years experience in purchasing in an industrial & international environment
- Knowledge of the markets, purchasing knowledge, technical negotiations
- Good ability for communication, leadership, team playing, customer oriented
Working place: JIangyin Yuecheng Town(we have shuttle bus to Wuxi and Jiangyin)
