Job responsiblity:

1.In line with OS China Strategy & integration, develop feasibility study eg. Trading and business process model according to China rule & regulation

2.Define business process and model in High-Tech Verification and monitor progress

3.Business process control & optimization

4.Risk, Internal Control & Compliance process control

5.Contract Review and assist decision-making process in commercial & legal view

6.Treasury hedging transaction per CFO authorization

Requirement:

1.B.A degree of Finance/Economic/Law, or above

2.Be familiar with China rule & regulation in business operation,finance process,logistic, custom practice, tax request & legal environment

3.Good at PPT, presentation skill, good communication, fluent English in oral & writing
