Responsibilities:

1.Carry out preventive maintenance plan &Conduct preventive maintenance activities

制定并实施维护计划

- Routine plan according supplier recommend

计划定期维护项目

- observe machine weakness parts

识别设备薄弱环节重点检查和维护

- Identify production &quality team needs for equipment

明确生产&质量对于设备的需求

- Replace consumable parts in time

及时替换易损易耗部件

- Implement lubrication-injection

完成设备各润滑点的注油工作

- Make training material to operators and give operators training about the machines operating. Support operators daily do checklist regularly.

针对设备操作，制定对员工的培训资料并对员工进行培训，支持员工定期的点检工作。

2.Daily control

日常管理

- Do 5S daily check at repairing room and spare parts room

做好维修间和备件库的5S工作

- Be on site service for the internal production department.

现场服务及时满足生产需求

- Lean Concepts applying in daily work, Visual management, 7 waste identification and CI ideas.

将精益理念应用到日常工作，例如目视化管理，浪费识别及减少，持续改进建议等

3.Project Period

项目期间

- Support and attend equipment qualification act ivies，monitor punch list improvement

支持并参加设备的各个验证活动,跟踪设备缺陷的改善

- During project do machine Maintainability review

在项目阶段要对设备的可维护性进行评估

- Maintenance strategy apply and monitor

维修策略的执行与跟踪

- Create maintenance system which during project (hardware and software,spare parts ,technical doc.Etc. )

建立维护体系（硬件-备件，附件等，软件-培训，SOP等等）

- Editing training maintenance material

编写维修培训教材

- Guiding operators to run machine in suitable and correct way

指导操作人员正确操作设备

4.安全环境健康责任

SHE responsibilities

- Implement SHE Policy and Standards and ensure compliance with local legislation at daily work在日常工作中，落实SHE的政策标准，确保各项活动合乎法规

- Ensure all risks are identified and preventive actions are taken

确保所有风险被识别且已采取预防措施

Requirements:

1.College degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical automation engineering

机械或电气自动化专业专科或以上学历

2.Be familiar with Formulation process equipment and technical solutions.

熟悉制粒工艺设备和技术方案

Be skilled at mechanical and pneumatic system repairing and PLC control

熟练机械、气动的系统维修和PLC控制.

3.5 Years of working experience technical related

5年相关技术工作经历.

4.Be good at English reading & writing

流利的英语读写能力

5.Good MS office skill

熟练应用微软常用办公软件

6.Team work spirit
