Responsibility:岗位职责

负责公司内设备日常故障维修工作的安排、人员调动，以最短的时间确保设备正常运行。

Responsible for equipment daily maintenance work in the company's arrangement, personnel changes, to ensure normal operation of equipment in the shortest time

按设备年度计划及作业指导书，联系计划，组织人员实施保养工作，确保保养完成率及保养效果达标。

According to the annual plan and working instruction, contact plan, organize personnel to complete PM, ensure maintenance maintenance effect and completion.

贯彻执行岗位责任制、安全责任制、督促检查下属员工严格执行安全操作规程，确保设备及人员不发生安全事故。

Carrying out the post responsibility system, safety responsibility system, supervise staff strictly enforce safety procedures, to ensure equipment and personnel has no safety accidents.

制定维修技术员的绩效考核机制。

Make maintenance technician performance assessment

制订设备维修保养过程中的各项管理制度及流程，检查并监督执行。

Make in the process of equipment maintenance management system and process, check and supervise the implementation.

提供维修人员技术支持。

Provide maintenance personnel technical support.

提供日常设备维修及保养的数据及分析。

Provide daily equipment maintenance and PM of data and analysis.

根据维修情况审核请购单的必要性、合理性，负责维修件的验收与急购件的提交。

Audit necessity and rationality of purchase requisition according to the maintenance situation, Responsible for repair parts and submit emergency parts

做好日常设备的巡视检查工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患。

Complete daily equipment patrol inspection work, find problems in time, deal with hidden dangers.

完成上级委派的其他任务

Complete other tasks by manager

Qualifications 任职要求：

大专以上学历，25-35岁，机电一体化专业；

college degree or above, 25-35 years old, professional mechanical and electrical integration;

具备专业的设备知识，有5年以上机械行业设备维护/维修工作经验；

Knowledge of professional equipment and have more than 5 years equipment maintenance/repair machine work experience;

熟练使用计算机，熟悉应用各种办公软件；

Use computer skilled, familiar with all kinds of office software application

理论基础强,精通设备维修专业技术,实际经验丰富,动手能力强，能够现场解决多种实际问题。

Strong theoretical foundation, proficient in equipment maintenance technical expertise, rich practical experience, strong hands on skills and solve all variety of practical problems.

工作态度积极、责任心强、具有团队合作精神；

Positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit
