Major Responsibility And Authority:

1. Receiving the faxes & mails and distribute them to different departments(Boxes).
2. Answering the telephone system and keep message for the person concerned.
3. Contacting EMS,DHL and FedEx express service corporation to send express mails.
4. Helping administrative office to do the paper work, like typing forms and document.
5. Input attendance data into HR System keep all the leave form on file.
6. Collecting office equipment requirements form from each dept. manager, purchase from office supplier company.
7. Other jobs assigned by HR Manager.

Experience Required:
Have related reception working experience

Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:

1. Be capable of speaking basic English.
2. With high school degree or the same level degree.
3. Good appearance, pleasant voice & good personality.
4. Be capable of operating computer, like Excel & Word.
5. Good working attitude and responsibility.
6. Excellent communication skills.

Education:

A college degree working knowledge of the Chinese and English
