工作内容:
1.To improve OJT training effectiveness, enhancing process compliances to achieve better quality
改善OJT培训效果，加强流程的控制以达到更好的质量
2.To assist shift manager in strengthening staff discipline and improving labor productivity
协助值班经理加强员工纪律和提高生产效率
3.To assist Lead operators in coordinating of work within department, helping area managers and PE to follow up on key improvement plan
协助领导协各调部门工作,协助区域经理和PE跟进关键改进计划
4.To monitor department KPI and follow up on Samples, NPI and urgent jobs
监管部门KPI然后跟进样品，NPI和紧急件
5.To provide additional communication channel for workers on feedback and look out for potential improvement 为员工提供额外的信息反馈渠道，寻找潜在的改进
