Responsibilities

-Prepare all payments (supplier, payroll, personal reimbursements, taxes etc…) and forward to site financial controller for approval.

-Daily follow up of cash balances and updates relevant cash management report (Cash flow).

-Daily follow up cash status and bank draft report.

-Declare all tax for non trade payment.

-Responsible for cash monthly reporting and analysis.

-Prepare cash 3 months forecast in coordination with operational sites.

-Prepare tax free application.

-Ensure compliance with internal control procedures especially regarding bank signatories.

-Manage bank reconciliation with support of accounting.

-Monthly best estimate of cash flow.

-Supporting to follow-up and analysis of customer overdue in coordination with Receivable Accountant.

-Check and audit the detail files for expense report.

-Issue monthly VAT invoice on time.

-Other tasks assigned by Superior.
