Main responsibilities:

·Generate new sales

·Open new customer accounts

·Work closely with internal design and support teams

·To motivate the development teams to meet product requirements and project schedules to customers' satisfaction

·To communicate customer needs and requirements in a structured manner to GM, PMs and development teams.

·Develop and maintain good relationships with customer base

·Develop new customer base to meet market share targets

·Win business and secure ongoing sales revenue

·To cooperate with internal teams, such as coordinate with PM to win new projects and run the on-going projects.

Experience Required:

·At least 5 years sales experience with 3 years in electronics/RF related parts sales in consumer electronics market.

·Sales experience in antenna business for electronics devices is much preferable.

·Very familiar with NB/Cell phone/Home Networking/Service provider related customers.

·OEM & ODM sales experience and proven track record in leading sales initiatives.

·Sales experience with an international company in China is of advantage.

·Extensive travel in China is expected; some international travel from time to time.

·Must have technical background

·Project management understanding and prior experience if has lead or been part of development of products in the past is of advantage

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

·Self Driven & Strategic thinker with self initiative

·Strong track record in sales achievements; Experience of leading sales initiatives.

·Account management experience.

·Mandarin & English must be excellent (spoken & written); confidence and ability to present are required.

·Have the personality and communication skills to sell to large accounts and to produce sales results with large and small customers.

·Sales personality with a good balance between a people person and task / result oriented character, able to analyze details where required to secure the business.

·Honest, Strong and stable personality

Education:

A college degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Commercial.
