职责和权限/Responsibilities

1. 建立仓库内所有物资的台账。

Establish accounts of all materials in the warehouse.

2. 按定置管理要求摆放整齐，做好标识，做到账、卡、物一致。

All materials should be put tidily and be identified, and accounts, cards and material should be same.

3. 做好仓库物资的库存控制工作。

Control the stock of all materials in the warehouse.

4. 负责做好库内物资保管及防护工作，按规定程序做好产品的收发工作。

Be responsible for keeping and protection of all materials in the warehouse and receive and dispatch products according to the procedure.

5. 与生产部协调办理产成品的入库手续。

Coordinate with production department to conduct formalities to take in finished products.

6. 负责货物的收发，确保数量准确，先进先出。

Receive and dispatch goods and ensure the quantity is accurate and

7.盘点库存。

Conduct storage stocktaking.

8. 货到后清点实物，检查单据和实物是否相符。如有不符，应立即通知计划员，同时修改送货单，按实际数量收货。

After goods arrive check the amount. Check if the bills are in accordance with the goods. If they are different, he should inform the planner immediately and at the same time revise the “goods delivery form” and receive goods according to the real amount.

9．做好仓库的5S 工作：整理物料，按序摆放，保持库区的清洁。做好班次之间的交接工作，以交接记录为准。

10. 在主管的带领下对本岗位的运营活动进行环境因素识别

★熟练操作Monitor系统中的仓库模块。

Be proficient in using warehouse module in Monitor system.

★熟练编制仓库台账和报表。可独立进行物料盘点。

Be proficient in drafting warehouse account and reports, and be able to conduct inventory checking independently.

★熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，特别是EXCEL和WORD。

Be proficient in using Microsoft office software, especially Excel and Word.

★熟练的叉车驾驶和行车操作技术，有相关证书。

Drive forklift truck and operate crane expertly and got related certificates.

4. 经验Experience

★2 年以上仓库管理员工作经验。
