-Identification, summarizing, budgeting, planning and managing the projects of plant,

-Improve product margins permanently by implementation of technical productivities

-Initiation and performing of value analysis workshops

-Data cross-check in regards of project content and /or economics

-Secure overall project results (timing, costs, savings, and quality ets)

-Manage and lead projects as project manager

Required Education

-Technical study (engineering) or similar with economical background

-Long lasting experience in automotive, automotive supplier or related industry

-Experience in project management

-Experience as team leader

-Solid know-how in MS-office, especially Excel and MS-Project; SAP know-how

-Project management methods know-how

-Basic knowledge about business economics and key figures

-Self dependent working; pro-activity; systematical working and self-organization

-Ability to work under pressure; critical faculty and conflict handling skills

-Willingness to travel

-Think and act Inter-divisional and corporate

-Fluent writing and speaking in English
