职位描述
Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Make yearly regional sales targets and business plans. Allocate task to ensure achieving the sales targets (subdivide into Revenue, GP, Product);
制定年度区域销售目标和商业计划;为确保区域销售目标的实现,进行切实的任务划分(细分到Revenue、GP、Product)
2. Arrange sales meeting regularly, review orders which wait for ship, AR, new projects and clients amount in time;
定期举行销售会议,及时Review待发运订单、AR、新增项目及客户数量
3. Forcast the region sales volume about order forms and shipments regularly, provide information for manufacturing and operation departments;
定期进行区域的销售预测(订单和发运);为生产及运营部门提供信息
4. Arrange and analysis regional sales volume monthly, make monthly sales report and sales performance appraisal;
每月整理分析区域销售业绩,提供月度销售报表及销售考核成绩
5. Master regional clients and projects information in China. Provide guidance for sales person about products, technicity and price. As a person in charge of regional project, take part in the whole sales process and assist project sales man and project manager to get the order and help to training;
掌握区域销售的客户和项目信息;为销售人员提供产品,技术和价格指导;作为区域项目负责人,深入销售全过程并协调项目销售及产品经理,促成订单,并履行代教职责
6. Train the sales person about products according to changes of marketing company’s products. Find out industy trends and search information about main competitors and their products to help organize training;
针对市场变化和公司产品变化,定期组织对销售人员的产品培训;积极了解行业动态和搜集主要竞争对手商业及产品信息,并组织针对性培训
7. Make marketing analysis for company’s products. Determine the key projects according to key industry and clients. Supervise sales person executive the development plan which determined by project manager;
公司产品市场分析,根据重点行业和重点客户,设定区域重点项目,并督促销售执行产品经理制定的开发计划
8. Assist marketing department develop product marketing plane and analysis successful case. Coordinate with marketing department to develop the popularity of sales tools and organize trainning about the rational use of tools;
配合市场部的产品市场推广计划,协助市场部进行成功案例分析;与市场部共同完善销售工具的普及,并就合理使用对销售进行培训
9. Take part in sales meeting in China and keep communication with sales person, project manager and channel sales manager about clients and projects through company’s RiteTrak system realtime and effectively;
积极参加全国销售会议,并运用公司系统(RiteTrak)保持与销售、产品经理及渠道经理就客户和项目的实时、有效沟通
Qualification岗位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or Mechanical engineering or relevant subject
机械或相关专业本科学历
2. 3+ years experience hands on sales experience with mechanical or hydraulic background preferred in MNCs
3年以上跨国公司机械或液压产品方面销售经验
3. Customer focus attitude with excellent communication and coordination ability
以客户为中心并有极好的沟通和合作能力
4. Self-motivated, a team player
善于自我激励和团队合作
5. A good command of English
良好的英语水平
6. Computer literate on MS-office and database
良好的电脑应用能力
7. Frequent domestic travel is required
经常出差
8. Same industrial experiences will be the advantage
