Key Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle management
- Smooth running of shuttle bus, arrange replacement if drivers not available;
- manage company car using application, arrange driver’s traveling;
- Supervise drivers to do proper company car maintenance and repair;
- Company car driving kilometers, gasoline oil usage registration and checking;
- Company guests pickup and transfer to airport;
2. Admin service supplier management
- Support manager to manage admin suppliers’ on site service, such as cleaning safeguard, greening;
3. Name card management
- Coordinate with HR to respond to name card printing demand;
4. Support on admin procurement;
5. Support on facility management;
6. Use as backup for other admin tasks;
7. Other tasks or projects assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above;
2. Above 1 year related working experience;
3. Detailed oriented, can handle routine work patiently and correctly;
4. Nice and Friendly, with a smiling face;
5. Good communication and coordination skills;
6. English OK as working language, can communicate in English orally and in written;
7. Good on Microsoft Office.
