PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

？ Bachelor Degree or equal

？ Prefer to have fastening industry working experience. Knowledge about materials, surface treatment as well as production processes for fastening products.

？ Minimum 5 years working experience in a purchasing or sourcing role, better have experience of 1-2 year working experience as supervisor or same level

？ Good English communication skills, including oral and written

？ Logical thinking, good team player, act as team leader.

？ High level of integrity and good negotiation skills

？ Supplier sourcing & qualification & performance evaluation experience and skills

？ Experience of handling cross-function project as project leader. Be able to coordinate cross-function colleagues to work together to solve issues / complete tasks on time.

？ Knowledge of ISO9001 & TS 16949 & OHSAS 18000 & QC080000 requirements related to purchasing

？ Knowledge of ERP & MRP, planning and import & export is preferred

？ Well use Office Micro software: Excel, PPT, Word

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

？ Work with various departments such as planning, tooling, engineering and quality assurance to source and purchase required direct and indirect materials, tooling and fixed assets.

？ Make sure the company procedures are well complied.

？ Periodically internal audit to make sure the purchasing work are under control and the employees are complying with the company processes.

？ Evaluate, qualify and manage supplier performance to meet delivery targets set by the company.

？ Ensure that good quality materials are purchased.

？ Negotiate a competitive price for purchases made by the company

？ Prepare and maintain various purchasing documents and reports for submission to management and HQ in the US.

？ Manage direct and indirect material inventory levels with the support of the warehouse personnel.

？ Ensure that materials purchased meet with ROHS requirements and necessary documents provided by suppliers.
