Major Responsibilities And Authority:

The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

1. Routine cash disbursement and arrangement
2. Arranging of all bank affairs
3. Filling books of both cash and bank
4. Produce bank reconciliation statements monthly
5. Filing of import and export verification papers for government tracking (more than one time a month).
6. Checking payment vouchers with Purchase Dept and warehouse and execute payment
7. Assisting in other routine financial affairs.

Experience:
1 year or above working experience in finance or accounting

Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:
1. Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English
2. Good learner for new things
3. Ability to handle detailed works with patience

Education:
A College degree or above in field of finance and accounting
