工作职责：

1. In charge of the investment planning ..

2. In charge of planning and construction of New building

3. Choose external toolmakers and be in charge of them

4. Choose external suppliers for spare parts and machinery

5. Transfer and implement new production technology from BWF Germany to BWF China.

6. Examine and trial running new equipment, file all relevant technical data. Set up an equipment procedure.

7. Find out and analyze malfunction problems, summarize the problems and put forward improvement suggestions, revise maintenance plan and execute the plan to ensure equipment running safely. Identify the cause of the malfunction.(incorrect usage etc) Implement the machine book for each equipment and follow up the correct usage.

8. Raise proposal and methods to the new machines and the reformation of old equipment, keep good relationship to the outer contractor.

9. Work out checklists with procedure how to start and implement new machines, process etc.and work out an suitable working place and work flow. Implement new process, machines, equipment accordingly and workout the CPK figure.

10. Train the relevant staff about new and existing machines to improve their skills.

11. Work out WI for new and existing equipment, machines, down stream, etc.

12. Make reporting and analyze acc. to GM/COO request.

13. Arrange a good facility maintenance(weekly check, workout suggestions etc).

14. Responsible for the EHS in complete company.

15. Other Tasks by GM/COO.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or engineering.

2. Mechanical knowledge, Electrical knowledge, PLC programs.

3. At least 5 years relevant working experience. Experience in plastic industry is an advantage

4. Good command of both spoken and written English

5. Be good at usual software, such as Auto CAD and Office

Be good at communication, Planning and organizing, Analysis and trouble shooting and Judgment.
