Job Responsibility:
1. Continuously improve performance of the production area while running at the lowest possible cost level when minimizing operational & environmental, health and safety (EHS) risk.
2. Improve communication in all level of the Area to foster people involvement & engagement。
3. Manage assigned project to improve efficiently, quality, safety, problem solving。
4. Maintain appropriate documentation about production, upgrades, and maintenance.
5. Applying continuous improvement processes in line with ISO TS 16949
6. Follow changes in related regulations, internal processes and present to management team.
7. Make observations and take analysis, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved.
8. To identify production process flow.
9. Able to create the workmanship instruction for production process
10. Calculate the manufacture time for each process
11. Efficiency improvement of process, like machining, assembly, testing, painting and welding.
12. Review production design from perspective of economic manufacturing process, also for continues improvement required
13. Design process tooling and fixture
14. Conclude and update the working instruction
15. Provides process engineering design support and technical support for capital projects and existing assets including consulting and onsite support.
16. Works with design engineers, quality, production team, and suppliers to ensure we meet process performance targets and our designs are safe, reliable, operable, and maintainable, and have optimum total cost of ownership in support of customer expectations

17. Reviews and conducts process studies and performs economic analyses of alternatives
18. Provides technical leadership to ensure technical feasibility of process design.
19. Identifies and mitigates process risks.

Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
2.6+ years working experience as Manufacturing/Process engineer including at least 3 years in automotive industry
3. Knowledge for manufacture order/process
4. Good communication skill both in Chinese and English, interpersonal skill
5. Knowledge for ERP system
6. Independent, initiative and self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure and deadline.
7. Good analysis and problem-solving skills with high degree of responsibilities sense
8. Experience in valve/pump industry is preferred/(not must)
