职位描述
SUMMARY:
Contribute to the coordination and implementation of all Buehler MarCom related activities. Define and conduct sales and marketing activities, such as seminars, tradeshows, conference etc. Directly generate and deliver on the outbound marketing collateral, and coordinate tactical marketing activities. Coordinate and create marketing materials including, but not limited to, print media (i.e. advertisements, banners, tradeshows), e-marketing (i.e. website, social media, webinar, emailing, SEO), photography/videography, etc. Application of the ITW Toolbox toward continuously improving deliverables; effectively coordinating the global Buehler resources, suppliers, and tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1、Brand Standard implementation brand standards on all marketing collateral.
2、Print media generation from graphic design to finished product including advertisements, product print-on-demand (POD), product brochures, Buehler Product Catalogue, tradeshow materials, Center of Excellence (COE) materials, etc.
3、Digital media content generation and localization in the Buehler China Website, social media (Weibo, WeChat, Youku etc.), e-blasts, and digital advertising. Ensure graphic and text content reflect best practice and leading-edge marketing. Support and coordinate webinar and SEO program.
4、Localization translation for Buehler product, service and capability marketing collateral, including videos, brochures, catalogue, manual and other literatures.
5、MarCom Collateral Database (via Sharefolder, network drive, etc.) to be generated, maintained, and shared across the China team. Marketing collateral including, photos, video, advertisements, tradeshow materials, COE materials, etc. to be available. Additionally, all customer materials (i.e. PODs, Product Brochures, Buehler Product Catalogue, etc.) to be available to sales and customers via the website.
6、Marketing Events Define sales and marketing activities, such as roadshows, seminars, tradeshows, conference etc.
7、CRM System monitoring for track clients’ engagement/leads by CRM system. Metrics and Communication requirement.
8、Press releases handle press releases to increase company visibility, generate articles on products/application, and introduce new products/application.
9、Market Survey Tools/resources – skills, marketing studies and surveys to help build efficient internal strategies.
10、Telemarketing conducting outbound call for sales campaign and get database cleaning with leads generation.
11、All other ad-hoc duties as specified by the management.
Requirement:
1、Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
2、Graphic Design training or equivalent work experience is preferred.
3、Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing communications and B2B marketing of technology-based products
4、The ability to effectively utilize marketing and communication tools is essential.
5、Experience and/or training on the various forms of marketing communications (print and digital media) and the generation of effective materials.
6、Capable of effectively managing priorities, generating schedules and coordinating with international resources when provided multiple projects, of varying magnitude, with firm delivery dates.
7、Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software
8、Proficient in use of Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, etc.
9、Demonstrated knowledge of general multi-media products
10、Good communication skill with internal and external team.
11、Good command of English in reading and writing.
12、High effective working ability, good attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
13、Result-oriented working attitude.
