职责描述：
按时完成各项采购订单，完成商务谈判及签订合同
负责跟踪采购订单的到货，核实所购物资的规格、型号、数量等
开发周边专用设施物料供应商
接收订单发票及填写相关单证，协助付款事宜
协助处理购进物料质量问题或因购进物料导致的质量问题
确保公司相关健康、安全、环保等规章制度在本辖区的贯彻实施

任职资格：
学历：本科或以上学历，三年以上专用车设备采购的相关工作经验
专业：工程类或经济管理类
工作经验：有采购或相关工作经历者优先
职业培训：采购流程、经济分析、商务谈判
技能：良好的沟通协调能力、 熟练使用各种办公软件、具备一定的计算机和英语应用能力
