职位描述：
Responsible for the cost analysis and group reporting, project finance analysis and productivity performance
track as global timeline and requirement; support annual budget process and budget performance follow up.
1、Complete financial analysis reports in accordance with monthly finance process. 按照集团要求及时间内，完成公司成本分析，集团业务分析报告和内部生产效率改进项目进展跟踪。参与公司年度预算流程，并按照公司预算制定目标对实际经营业绩跟踪、分析。
2、Take in charge of monthly productivity review meeting, collection project information from each project leader and verified project finance impact. 负责组织月度项目进度，结果评估会议，核实项目的财务影响。
3、Complete monthly productivity reports and communicate with division productivity leader. 完成无锡工厂月度Productivity的汇总报告，保持Medical Productivity负责人的月度沟通，及时传递总部的反馈。
4、Support investment project on financial analysis and provide finance advice for go or not go. 负责投资相关项目的财务分析，提供可行或不可行的财务建议。
5、Support annual budget process and rolling forecast process, complete the related work follow with task list. 准照年度预算，月度滚动计划的任务清单，完成相关分析工作及报告工作。
6、Other duties disposed by N+1 supervisor or manager. 上级主管或经理安排的其他工作


岗位要求：
1、Bachelor degree education or above with accountant major or other. 本科以上学历，会计及其他相关专业
2、5+ years accountant working experience , and 4 years for the international enterprises company. 5年以上会计工作经验，并有4年以上外资企业工作经验
3、Have the ability of leading management and dealing finance affairs. 有一定领导和管理公司财务事务的能力
4、Proficient English communication skill in written and verbal. 良好的英语听、说、读、写的能力
