Qualifications 任职要求：

1.学历：大专以上学历；

Degree: above junior college

2.专业：机械制造或高分子材料等相关专业；

Major:Mechanical manufacturing or macromolecule material related.

3.经验：有五年以上汽车零部件制造行业相关经验；

Experience:work on automotive components related over 5 years

4.能力：良好的组织管理能力、沟通能力和自学能力；

Ability:good management.communication and good self-learn ability

5.计算机要求：熟练使用0ffice办公软件；熟练使用AUTOCAD，CAXA等绘图软件；

Skill: Extensive knowledge in CAD, office software and CAXA

6.外语要求：CET-4以上，有一定的英语对话能力，能进行相关英文文件读写；

English: good English read.write and communication

7.素质要求：良好的团队合作精神、工作积极主动、较强的责任心、有创新能力；

Diathesis:good team work.responsibility and innovation ability

8.其他：熟悉TS16949体系、熟悉精益生产；

Familiar with TS16949 and lean production.

Responsibility:岗位职责

1.生产现场问题解决

Solve mass production daily issue

2.降低废品率

Reduce production scrap rate

3.生产工艺的改善

Process and production cell improving

4.对生产线员工进行培训

Training operators

5.配合新品开发，做好PPAP和RUN&RATE工作

Support new project launch

6.推动生产成本节约和持续改善

Drive production cost saving and CIP

7.Lead process change after TG3
