Main Responsibilities:

1.Complete the production tasks and make sure to meet cost, time and quality requirement

2.Prepare production plan and coordinate the plan execution base on sales requirement, production capacity and inventory

3.Recommend improvement projects in layout, process, manpower etc for further improvements

4.Effective use manpower, equipment and materials to improve production productivity

5.Coordinate with SCM, Engineering, QA for related operation activities

6.Ensure all production activities are done in accordance with ISO procedure and relevant environment regulations

7.Focus on safety, keep high standard of 5S along the production line.

8.Develop, motivate, train, educate and appreciate team employees.

9.Other responsibilities / projects which assigned by plant manager

Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering

2.At least 10 years manufacturing management experience in foreign invested companies in mechanical industry, 5 years manager level experience.

3.Lean manufacturing knowledge and practice will be more preferred.

4.Fluent in English, both written and oral

5.Familiar with Office software
