Job Responsibility:

1.Book partial expense voucher,monthly closing voucher

2.Assist GL Accountant to implement Monthly & yearly PRC report.

3.Assist GL Accountant to implement Monthly & yearly local tax report.

4.Assist GL Accountant to implement external audit for annual PRC financial statement and income tax audit

5.Assist Cost Accountant to review the inventory adjustment notes.

6.Assist Cost Accountant to implement sales documents match

7.Assist AP Accountant to implement voucher match

8.Prepare monthly B/S account reconciliation

9.History voucher package

10.Other job arranged by Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications:

1.Junior or Bachelor degree, majoring in accounting or economy is preferred.

2.Responsible,reliable,accuracy,detail-oriented,teamwork

3.Good communication skills work independently and proactively is preferred.

4.At least 1-2 years hands-on working experience of industrial accounting in a foreign-invested manufacturing enterprise is preferred.

5.Thorough knowledge of the Company's accounting system

6.Fluent English and MS Office are preferred.

Position Summary:

Assist the finance department team member to do the daily work.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Report to Accounting Supervisor,work with all the related finance team member for daily work. Ensure the finance team work can go through smoothly during the special period, such as personal long time leave,etc---
