职位描述
1, 安全方面
a, 检查并确保每个工人都着安全鞋，安全眼睛，并确保每个区域都按照安全指导书安全生产；
b, 如果发现机器有故障，必须及时通知工人停工并安排维修人员进行维修；
2， 质量方面
a, 必须知道每个产品的质量状况，如果面临质量问题却不知道怎么处理的时候，需要和质量部门协商解决方案；
b，检查每条线的不良产品，如发现不良产品率超出目标范围，需及时和工人沟通并检查机器设备；
3， 产量问题
a, 检查每小时产出量，确保每小时产出量达到目标需求；
4， 成本问题
a, 报废率需控制在目标范围内；
b, 节省能源/电源；
5， 培训
a, 培训新员工；
6， 现场管理
a, 保持现场干净整洁；
B, 确保零部件在制定区域内；
c, 知道员工遵守规章制度；


任职要求
1, 3到5年主管或产线线长的管理经验
2, 领导过40-50人下属
3, 能适应两班倒
4, 懂5S和可视化管理
