职位描述
A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
- Regional focus on the assign territory, which include North-east China, Shandong, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, especially Beijing & Tianjin, etc. to deep understand the market, capture opportunities and execute our value proposition so as to win in the right segmentation; Dedicate in North China business development especially Beijing & Tianjin where is extremely important and will be one of our strategic territories.
- Work closely with product focus colleagues, with fully supports from CT team (Sales and Operation, all resources available in Wuxi, CHN and/or from US), to achieve the planned Sales Targets for each product line in the region;
- Especially, Beijing (Tianjin) is extremely important city for us hence is our strategic territory, we must win there for succeed in China. This role takes charge of business development, channel extension, customer relationship building up, direct and indirect Sales, projects following up, etc. daily tasks.
B) To develop the business in China market.
- Manage and develop the distributor network in the region to make sure it works efficiently.
- Find out new business opportunities and develop the sales directly with potential customer for the company.
- Act as a liaison between distributors / direct customers and the company.
- Develop, implement and participate all sales and related marketing activities.
- Actively cooperate and coordinate with colleagues working in the company (Wuxi or headquarters in US).
- Provide and analysis on the market intelligence to the team and give suggestion for regulating the Strategy for
business developing in China market.
- Manage whole selling process including quotation, contract negotiation, order following up, and payment.
- Coordinate product development with Product focus colleagues based on the feedback from the customers
Part 2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
- Master degree in Engineering, best in architectonics graduated from the 1st rank university with at least 10 years working experience, including at least 6 years on business development and/or sales and marketing experience in industry, construction, or automation business.
- Proven, successful record in developing and managing a network of distributors.
- Strong experience in sales and marketing, particularly new business development and account management.
- Knowledge and experience of Architecture is preferred.
- Good communications and team working skills, ability to understand customer businesses and help market other products & solution / services offered by the company.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, entrepreneurial with a strong drive to succeed.
- Business-minded, strategic and result-oriented; independent, well organized and strong planning ability is need.
- Willingness to frequent travel in China region for sales activities.
- Fluent English is a must, and experience of working in multinational corporation is plus.
