职责

Responsibilities

1. 协助工厂厂长管理环境、职业健康和安全。开展EHS日常工作：检查生产现场的安全；检查生产一线员工劳防用品的佩戴是否符合规定；检查生产现场急救箱的配置；查找设备安全隐患；配合项目小组对新项目的安全和环保做评估等。报告每月安全状况；负责新员工的入厂安全培训（三级教育）。

Assist Plant manager to manage Environment, Occupational health and Safety. Be responsible to carry out daily a EHS activity, which includes checking the safety situation on the spot, checking if operators wear correct personal protection things, checking the allocation of first-aid kits, seeking the hidden trouble of equipments, cooperate with project team to evaluate the safety and the effect on environment of new project and etc. Report the safety situation of the company every month. Conduct 3-levels safety training for new employee.

2. 负责所有事故报告的存档。收到生产部门填写的事故报告后，判断是否属于安全事故。如果是安全事故，按照安全事故流程处理。如果发生严重安全事故，接到报告后应在第一时间赶到现场，向厂长报告，封锁现场，处置伤员，拍照，收集相关信息以及在规定的时间内向总部和当地政府报告。调查事故原因，撰写事故调查报告，并采取相应的预防措施，避免类似事故的再次发生。

Be responsible for archiving all incident reports. Upon receiving an incident report given by the production department, first judge if it is a safety incident. If yes, deal with it according to the safety incident procedure. If some serious safety incident happens, EHS manager and EHS engineer shall arrive at the spot as quickly as possible, reporting it to Plant manager, closing off the spot, treating the wounded person, taking photos, collecting relative information and reporting it to the headquarters and local government in prescribed time. Investigate the reason of the safety incident. Write the incident investigation report and take relative preventive measures to avoid similar incident happening again.

3. 负责EHS方面与外部的沟通和协调。

Be responsible for the communication and coordination with outside party on EHS issues.

4. 制订安全大纲。制订灭火和急救演习的年度计划并组织实施。

Map out the general guideline of safety. Make an annual plan of fire fighting and first-aid drills, and organize all staffs to carry it out.

5. 负责组织内各部门之间的EHS信息沟通，协调部门之间的一些活动。

Communicate information and coordinate some activities among departments inside Operation department.

6. 对于组织内的运营活动进行环境因素识别

Identify environmental factors for the operational activities within the Organization.

2. 专业 Major

★环境安全专业或环境工程专业 Environment safety major or Environment project major

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

★有EHS方面较丰富的专业知识，能够建立EHS体系，并不断改善。

Have rich professional knowledge on EHS, and be able to set up EHS system and continuously improve it.

★熟悉机械加工工艺，并有丰富的实践经验。

Be familiar with mechanical machining process and have rich practical experience also.

★接受过ISO9001的培训。

Has taken training on ISO9001.

◆接受过TS16949、ISO14000以及OHSAS18000的培训，具备内审员资格。

Has taken training on TS16949, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 and has obtained the qualification of internal auditor.

★熟悉中国和上海市环保、安全方面的法律、法规。

Be familiar with environment and safety law of China and Shanghai.

4. 经验 Experience

★5年以上外资制造厂EHS工程师工作经验。

Over 5 years experience as EHS engineer in MNC (plant)

5. 语言 Language

★大学英语四级，良好的口语和书面表达能力。

CET4th, good oral and written English

6. 个人素质 Personality

★有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神；工作态度积极，能够高效率地工作；工作耐心细致；能够承担工作压力。

Have a strong sense of responsibilities and a team player; proactive and high efficient. Be patient and careful in work and be able to take pressure.
